By registering for LKF events, I confirm that:
1. All the information provided in the application is correct;
2. I am acquainted with and undertake to comply with the requirements of the Law on Physical Culture and Sports of the Republic of Lithuania, the Lithuanian Motor Sports Code, relevant LKF regulations, competition rules, technical requirements, additional regulations of the competition;
3. I will not use any of the Prohibited Preparations and Methods listed in the Anti-Doping Convention and its Appendices;
4. I am aware of the dangers of karting, its possible consequences and I take responsibility for them;
5. I agree to receive medical and other emergency assistance in the event of an accident during the competition;
6. I am responsible for my own health and will have valid personal insurance during the competition;
7. My conduct during the competition will not be in conflict with sports ethics;
8. I recognize LKF as the only karting sports authority in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania;
9. I recognize the LKF Arbitration Court as a final instance resolving disputes in karting.
I also agree that my personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data, as well as other legal acts. I also agree that data and information about me would be collected by LKF and passed on to LASF or the Ministry of Education, Science and Sports.
